  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, displayed within the Game interface. It is your responsibility to check these before placing a bet.
  • Bet confirmation: A bet is deemed placed once it has been accepted by the Operator's servers and appears in your betting or game history. Once accepted, bets cannot usually be cancelled or modified.
  • Currency: Bets and balances are maintained in the account currency shown in your Account interface. Any conversions are subject to the payment processor's or bank's rates and fees.

Game Rules and Results

  • Game-specific rules: Each Game is governed by the rules and payout tables displayed within the Game itself or in its help section. By playing a Game, you accept its specific rules.
  • Random number generator (RNG): The outcome of most Games is determined by an RNG used by the Operator or its software providers and is designed to ensure fairness and randomness.
  • Finality of results: Once a result is displayed on your screen and recorded on the Operator's servers, it is considered final and binding, subject only to correction of obvious errors or technical malfunction as described below.

Cancellation and Errors

  • Player mistakes: The Operator does not cancel bets or refund stakes due to User error (including selecting the wrong stake, mis-clicks, or misunderstanding of the Game rules).
  • Obvious mistakes: If due to a technical, human or software error a Game or bet is offered with an obvious incorrect configuration (e.g. impossible odds, incorrect paytable), the Operator may declare affected bets void and:
    • refund the stake to the User's Real Money Balance; and/or
    • remove any winnings derived from such erroneous bets.

Bonus Terms

Activation and Eligibility

  • Offer-specific rules: Each Bonus or promotion offered on yabby-au.com or via Yabby is governed by specific terms displayed in the offer description. Where there is a conflict, the offer-specific terms prevail over this section.
  • Eligibility: Bonuses may be restricted by:
    • player status (new or existing User);
    • country or region of residence (e.g. Australian-focused offers);
    • payment method used; or
    • maximum number of claims per person, household, IP address or device.
  • Activation: Bonuses may require:
    • entry of a bonus code at the time of deposit; and/or
    • minimum qualifying deposit as specified in the promotion.
    Failure to follow the instructions may result in the Bonus not being credited.

Wagering Requirements and Timeframes

  • Wagering (playthrough): Unless stated otherwise, Bonuses and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements. These requirements must be met by placing eligible bets to a total amount equal to the specified multiple of the Bonus amount and/or deposit amount.
  • Separate balances: The Operator may maintain separate Real Money and Bonus Balances. Real Money is generally wagered first unless indicated otherwise. Withdrawals are not normally permitted while an active wagering requirement exists.
  • Time limits: Bonuses may be subject to expiration periods (for example, 7 - 30 days from activation). If wagering requirements are not completed within the specified timeframe, the Bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited.
  • Maximum bet with bonus: There may be a maximum permitted bet size while wagering a Bonus. Exceeding this limit can result in confiscation of the Bonus and winnings.

Prohibited Games and Actions

  • Game restrictions: Some Games may be excluded from contributing to wagering requirements, or may contribute at a reduced percentage (for example, slots 100%, table games 10% or 0%). The applicable contribution table will be specified in the promotion or general bonus rules.
  • Irregular play: The following may be treated as "irregular play" and may lead to forfeiture of Bonuses and winnings:
    • placing single bets or series of bets that represent a low-risk or zero-risk outcome;
    • using Bonus funds to progress through game stages and then using Real Money to complete them for higher payouts;
    • delaying rounds, spins or bonus features for use at a later time after wagering is completed;
    • collusion or group play intended to abuse Bonuses.

Combining Promotions and Bonus Abuse

  • Non-cumulative offers: Unless explicitly allowed, only one Bonus or promotion may be active on your Account at any time. Attempting to stack or combine offers may lead to cancellation of all related Bonuses.
  • Duplicate accounts: Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same welcome or ongoing offer several times is strictly prohibited and may result in:
    • closure of all related Accounts; and
    • confiscation of Bonuses and any associated winnings.
  • Operator's discretion: The Operator reserves the right to withhold or withdraw any Bonus or promotion, cancel participation, or close an Account where it reasonably suspects Bonus abuse or violation of these Terms.

  • Processing times: Deposits are generally credited instantly but may be delayed due to third-party processing or additional security checks.

Withdrawals

  • Identity verification: Before processing withdrawals, the Operator may carry out KYC checks as described above. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is satisfactorily completed.
  • Withdrawal methods: Wherever possible, withdrawals will be made using the same method and account used for deposit. If this is not feasible, the Operator will propose an alternative method compliant with internal policies and applicable regulations.
  • Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, day, week or month may apply and are specified in the cashier section or relevant policy.
  • Processing times: The Operator endeavours to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe after approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on the payment provider and may take additional business days.

Refunds, Chargebacks and Reversals

  • Refund policy: Deposits used for betting or gameplay are generally non-refundable. In exceptional cases, the Operator may consider a refund of unused deposits at its discretion, net of any costs and subject to KYC checks.
  • Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without valid cause is a breach of these Terms. The Operator may:
    • suspend or close your Account;
    • withhold funds to offset chargeback amounts and associated fees; and
    • report suspected fraud to relevant institutions and authorities.
  • Bonus-related refunds: If a deposit that generated a Bonus is refunded or reversed, the Operator may remove the corresponding Bonus and any associated winnings.

    • Minimum and maximum bets: Each Game specifies its own minimum and maximum bet limits. You are responsible for checking these limits before betting. The Operator is not obliged to accept a Bet that falls outside the allowable range.

    • One promotion at a time: Unless explicitly permitted, only one active deposit-related Bonus may be used at any given time. You may not combine multiple deposit Bonuses on a single deposit or stack Bonuses unless this is clearly stated in the promotion rules.
    • Bonus and real money order: Bets may be deducted from Real Money Balance first and then from Bonus Funds, or as otherwise stated in the promotion terms. Where conflicting rules appear, the specific promotion's rules prevail over these general Bonus Terms.
    • Bonus cancellation: You may request cancellation of an active Bonus by contacting Support at [email protected]. Cancelling a Bonus generally results in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and winnings not already converted to Real Money.

    Payments & Withdrawals

    Deposits

    • Methods: Yabby, via yabby-au.com, may offer deposits by:
      • Credit and debit cards (where accepted);
      • Electronic wallets and online payment services;
      • Cryptocurrencies supported by the Operator; and
      • Other methods listed in the cashier section.
    • Limits and fees: Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and will be displayed in the cashier. The Operator does not usually charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may apply its own charges or currency conversion fees, for which the Operator is not responsible.
    • Ownership of payment methods: You may deposit only with payment instruments registered in your own name. Use of third-party or anonymous methods may result in reversed transactions, additional verification and/or Account suspension.

    Withdrawals

    • Withdrawal requests: Withdrawals may be requested via the cashier section of yabby-au.com, using such methods as are available to you based on your jurisdiction, Account status and prior deposit methods.
    • Processing times: The Operator endeavours to review and process withdrawal requests within a reasonable time, typically within 1 - 5 business days after all required KYC checks are complete. Actual receipt of funds depends on processing by your bank or payment provider and may take additional time.
    • Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, per day, week or month may apply. These limits will be specified in the cashier or other relevant information pages. Larger withdrawals may be paid in instalments.
    • KYC and AML checks: Before approving any withdrawal, the Operator may require full KYC verification and conduct anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing checks. Until these are completed, withdrawals may be delayed, limited or refused as permitted by law.

    Currency, Fees and Refunds

    • Currency: Your Account currency options are shown in the cashier. If your payment method operates in a different currency, conversions may occur at prevailing rates used by the Operator or your payment provider. You are responsible for any exchange rate differences.
    • Fees: The Operator may charge reasonable fees for certain withdrawal methods or repeated withdrawal requests within a short period. Any applicable fees will be notified to you before confirming the withdrawal.
    • Refunds and chargebacks:
      • Deposits are generally non-refundable once used to place Bets.
      • In exceptional circumstances (e.g. demonstrable technical error, duplicate deposits), the Operator may, at its sole discretion and subject to legal obligations, process a refund of unused funds.
      • If you initiate a chargeback or reversal, the Operator may suspend or close your Account, withhold balances to cover amounts owed and recover related costs.
    • Refund of Bets and Bonuses: Where Bets are voided or Games cancelled due to technical failures or obvious errors, the Operator will, where appropriate, restore the affected stake to your Real Money Balance or Bonus Funds, and remove any winnings associated with such Bets.
